Patients with Low Vitamin D Levels 80% more likely to have Decreased Arterial Blood Flow

A new study released today finds that those individuals with low vitamin D levels are 80% more likely to have decreased arterial blood flow, due to a condition in which arteries developed fatty deposits decreasing blood flow to the extremities, called PAD (peripheral artery disease).

This is another instance in which not understanding how the body works researchers come up with the wrong conclusion.  There is no question in my mind that this is absolutely true.  However, I believe it is due to the fact that those with a low vitamin D levels have much greater levels of acidity in the body due to their bodies not being able to utilize minerals to adequately “buffer” the increased acidity.  Vitamin D is a necessary component for the absorption of minerals such as calcium, which are used to buffer.  This increased acidity.

The number one tissue that is susceptible to acid is muscle tissue.   When a person works out, and they feel that aching for instance, that is the accumulation of a waste product called lactic acid. This lactic acid, must be neutralized.  If the body holds the lactic acid too long, it will eat through the muscle tissue, including the heart and the muscular walls of the blood vessels.  When the body is deficient in the minerals that are necessary to maintain a normal pH (normal first morning urine pH should be between 6.4 and 7.0) it is not capable of “buffering” this lactic acid.  In this case, if the acid eats through the blood vessel than the person would die from a stroke or a hemorrhage.  To protect itself from having this artery leak, the body then sends the density, “goopy” cholesterol to seal the crack, and to prevent a person from bleeding to death.  Since we often see cholesterol buildup at the scene of the crime, we conclude that the cholesterol is the problem, however it is not.  The problem is a lack of calcium and minerals to properly for the increased acidity.

Well, now, the researchers have done it again, and instead of understanding the entire process, they once again have come up with the wrong conclusion.

If you want to prevent stroke, hemorrhage, heart problems, and purr for artery disease get yourself a roll of pH paper and monitor your urine pH every single morning.  I can tell you that I check my every single day.  You then need to utilize the pH trio, which consists of:

Coral Legend - which is highly ionized, Sango Reef Marine Coral Calcium in a 2:1

Aloe Vera - which is the best transporter for calcium into the body

Cod Liver Oil - this is a USP grade, mercury free cod liver oil -- which is the best source along with the sun of natural vitamin D.  You should never use an isolated vitamins of any type, particularly vitamin D.  Only get your vitamin D from a whole food living source such as cod liver oil.

By following this program and maintaining your first morning urine pH, you will help assure yourself of not having any problems with PAD Peripheral Artery Disease.
